Responsibilities Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Set an example for policy and procedure compliance and expect the same from the crew. Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, schedule adherence, store image, marketing, profitability, and store cleanliness. Ensure attendance, punctuality, and transportation to and from work. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and multitask. Management experience is a plus.
