Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, with accurate documentation
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor for adverse reactions and effectiveness
- Monitor resident status, vital signs, and changes; respond promptly to clinical concerns and escalate per policy
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust the care plan
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation in the medical record, ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Current California RN license
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current CPR certification
- At least one year of RN experience
- Ability to work in a hospital setting on a travel assignment
- RTO requests are not approved unless noted in the offer
