Shifts: 6a-2:30p and 2p-10:30p; every other weekend and holiday

Seven Healthcare are seeking a qualified LPN/LVN specializing in Long Term Care for a travel assignment in Auburn, NE. This role offers a dynamic work environment within the post-acute care setting, with responsibilities centered around providing compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care

Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures
Administer medications and treatments to patients
Monitor and document changes in patient's condition
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention

Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care

Active LPN/LVN license
BLS Certification
Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
