Overnight LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse (Full Time)

Under a passionate leadership team and committed support staff, we assist our clients in reclaiming freedom. We are currently seeking a Nurse to help guide our clients in their recovery journey. Address: 420 Supreme Ct, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302 Pay: $30 - $32/hr before shift differentials. Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am every other weekend. Shift differentials:

1. st Shift: Saturday and Sunday $1.50
2. nd Shift differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.00, Saturday and Sunday $2.00
3. rd Shift Differentials: (Monday - Friday) $2.00, Saturday and Sunday $3.00

Responsibilities:

• Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions, as applicable.
• Medication administration. Knowledge and delivery of detox protocols.
• Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol.
• Provide medication education to clients.
• Coordinate and support Medical providers with assessments and medication

management appointments. * Maintain medical equipment in proper working order; maintain confidentiality and proper boundaries. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
• Current BLS card.
