Nurse (LPN)

Overview Our Pocono Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a nurse who has a passion for care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Responsibilities Care for private duty pediatric and teen clients in home settings, including 1:1 and 1:2 cases in Stroudsburg, with experiences such as caring for a teenager with a catheter, epilepsy, spina bifida, autism, transfers, and G-tube and O2 care for infants. Shift coverage as available, including day shift (10A-6P), evening shift (4P-11P), or overnight full-time (as applicable for chronic respiratory failure cases). Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors\' orders. Perform assessments and monitor clients\' conditions. Document observations, interventions, and evaluations. Provide care with autonomy in the home while adhering to professional standards. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma. A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
