Hybrid HRIS & Data Systems Specialist
MiraCosta College
MiraCosta College is seeking a regular, full-time Human Resources Systems Specialist located on the Oceanside Campus. The position is 40 hours per week, 12 months per year, with a standard schedule of 8:00 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and a possible remote arrangement two days per week after probation. The role involves refining HRIS processes, providing technical and functional end-user support, and conducting trainings.
