Bilingual HR Generalist (JN -092026-431852) Oceanside, California Salary: USD25 - USD30 per hour Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to join their client's team in California. This role is integral to supporting the Human Resources department's daily operations and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization. The position involves administering HR programs, supporting recruitment and onboarding, assisting with payroll and benefits administration, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities Assist with onboarding, new hire documentation, employee status changes, and termination process. Support the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Coordinate employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations. Communicate benefit programs and eligibility requirements to employees. Support payroll-related inquiries and assist with claim administration and follow-up. Support recruiting efforts by posting job advertisements, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. Prepare new hire paperwork and facilitate employee orientation. Partner with department managers to support staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives. Maintain employee training records and training logs. Participate in safety meetings and company training programs. Support company initiatives related to employee engagement and workplace culture. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3 to 5 years of Generalist Human Resources experience required. Experience with payroll support and HRIS systems required. ADP experience Required. Thorough knowledge of CA employment laws. Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices, including generalist-level experience across core HR functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
