Job Summary

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)/Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor(LGPC) to join our team in a hybrid role — combining in-office and remote work. The LMSW/LGPC will provide high-quality therapeutic services, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination for individuals across the lifespan.

key Responsibilties

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy in person and via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure continuity.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and supervision as relevant.

Skills

• Proven expertise in crisis intervention and crisis management to address urgent client needs effectively
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program and Active LMSW license in Maryland
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related mental health field from an accredited program (for LGPC candidates) and Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
• Strong clinical assessment, intervention, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in both office and remote settings.
• Excellent communication, organization, and professional collaboration skills.
