- Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service experiences.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
