From these locations, we serve clients throughout the United States.We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its growing public accounting team in Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA or experienced audit professional who enjoys working directly with clients, leading engagements, and mentoring staff while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm.What You'll Do-Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion-Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients-Review financial statements and audit workpapers for accuracy and compliance with professional standards-Identify accounting and financial reporting issues and provide practical solutions-Supervise, coach, and develop associates and senior-level team members-Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and client expectations-Build and maintain strong client relationships-Assist with business development and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships-Stay current on accounting, auditing, and industry developmentsWhat We're Looking For-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field-CPA license preferred-5+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience-Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards-Experience managing multiple engagements and client relationships-Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills-Ability to mentor and develop accounting professionals-Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality client serviceWhy Us?-Opportunity to join a respected and growing public accounting firm-Collaborative, team-oriented culture-Strong emphasis on professional development and career advancement-Meaningful client interaction and leadership responsibility-Exposure to a diverse range of industries and engagements-Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits-Opportunity to build a long-term career with a firm that values its people
