Maintenance Technician

About the Role We're seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our community. The ideal candidate is hands—on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering quality work while maintaining a safe and well-maintained environment for our residents. Experience with general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and basic carpentry. Strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues are essential. Excellent customer service and communication skills are important, as resident interaction is important. The ability to prioritize work orders, respond to emergencies, and maintain organized records is key to success in this role.
