Salary Range: $17.35–$18.35 hourly plus commission Location: Grand Prairie, Texas Key Role Responsibilities Effectively communicate on a day-to-day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours Orchestrate both new leases and lease renewals Follow up with prospective residents Assist in off-site and on-site marketing Properly respond to any resident concerns Meet with Property Manager on a daily basis to submit reports and review any ideas to assist with promoting leasing results Provide support to other leasing consultants Our Ideal Candidate 2 years in sales or property management experience (Preferred) Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills Committed to continuous learning to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of rules, laws, and regulations Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems Minimum Qualifications Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state Benefits The company offers an array of health and wellness benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days of service.
