We are building a talented kitchen team for a brand-new restaurant opening and are looking for experienced Pizza Cooks who take pride in quality, consistency, and working in a fast-paced culinary environment.

This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new opening, work alongside an experienced team, and help establish the standards and culture of the kitchen from day one.

What You’ll Do

As a Pizza Cook, you will play an important role in delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas according to established recipes and standards

• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas with consistency and attention to detail

• Manage multiple food orders efficiently during high-volume service

• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure quality

• Maintain fresh, properly stocked cheese, sauce, toppings, and ingredients

• Prepare ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and completing other kitchen prep

• Set up and maintain an organized workstation for service

• Label, rotate, and properly store ingredients following food safety standards

• Complete opening, closing, and daily prep checklists

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment

• Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and fellow team members

• Support the broader kitchen team wherever needed during service

• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once

• Passionate about food quality and creating an exceptional product

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of pizza cook, kitchen preparation, or related cooking experience

• Hands-on experience preparing, stretching, topping, and baking pizza preferred

• Strong time-management and organizational skills

• Ability to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen team members

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• English required

• Basic Spanish is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

$17–$24 per hour, depending on experience
