Tenant Service Representative As a Tenant Service Representative at JLL, you will be the front desk person and greeter for an office building or portfolio. You'll provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients, and visitors. This entry‑level position provides an outstanding opportunity to launch a career in commercial property management. Compensation $28.85 - $31.25 per hour Schedule Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Location On‑site – New York, NY What you’ll do Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests and concerns via phone, email and in‑person interactions. Process and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs and facility services to ensure timely resolution of tenant needs. Collaborate with property management, engineering and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery and tenant satisfaction. Support building events, communications and community engagement initiatives that enhance the tenant experience. Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation and maintenance of tenant databases. Perform additional tasks as required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances or to ensure property operations. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail or office environments. 1–2 years of experience with work‑order management systems and vendor coordination. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
