Vascular Surgeon

UNC Health Blue Ridge – Morganton, North Carolina

UNC Health Blue Ridge is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join our growing surgical services team in beautiful western North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to build and expand a vascular program within a supportive, community-focused health system affiliated with UNC Health.

• Established referral base across Burke, Caldwell, and McDowell counties
• Opportunity to grow a comprehensive vascular program
• Supportive medical staff with strong primary care and specialty alignment
• Access to modern surgical suites and advanced imaging capabilities
• Balanced mix of inpatient, outpatient, and procedural work
• Dedicated OR time and experienced clinical support staff

• Provide comprehensive vascular surgical care , including open and endovascular procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including primary care, cardiology, and interventional specialists
• Participate in inpatient consultations, outpatient clinic, and call coverage
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and patient-centered care
• Contribute to program development and growth initiatives

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina
• Strong clinical skills with an interest in program development and community impact
