2nd Shift TIG Welder – Now Hiring! $26-33/hr DOE What You’ll Do

• TIG weld stainless and carbon steel ranging from 1/16" to ½".
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and schematics to complete quality welds.
• Mark weld points and prep components using rulers, squares, templates, and measuring tools.
• Set up and align jigs, fixtures, guides, and stops using hand tools.
• Weld small U‑shaped tubes, connect tubing in radiators, and complete light‑gauge precision welds.
• Perform welds in a variety of positions, including some blind‑spot areas.
• Prep surfaces using grinders, cutters, or drills.
• Inspect, rework, and repair welds as needed.
• Work mainly sitting at adjustable welding tables for comfort and accuracy.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company standards.

• Proficiency in TIG welding stainless and carbon steel.
• Ability to work with thin materials and tight tolerances (down to 0.035").
• Experience reading blueprints and welding schematics.
• Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience with stainless steel at one employer.
• Comfortable working with small parts and precise weld points.

• Clean, updated, temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Chanhassen, MN.

The pay range for this position is $52832.00 - $68723.00/yr.
