Find out how a career as Talent Acquisition Specialist can change yours. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment. You will source and hire qualified candidates, obtain approvals for candidates, conduct prescreens and interviews, write employment offers, coordinate reference checks and other pre-employment tasks as necessary. Critical for success are the abilities to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer. This is an onsite position, located out of our Lomira, WI office. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
