Team Red Dog is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager – Subscriptions for our client, a world-class innovation client and global technology leader. In this high-impact remote role, you'll lead the marketing strategy, go-to-market execution, and growth initiatives for Minecraft's subscription business, including Realms, Realms Plus, Marketplace Pass, and future offerings. Working across product, analytics, lifecycle marketing, and growth teams, you'll shape subscription experiences that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term business growth while influencing one of the world's most recognized gaming franchises. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

1. Subscription & Growth Marketing (5+ years): Experience developing marketing strategies for subscription products, membership programs, recurring revenue businesses, or digital services that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
2. Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Marketing (5+ years): Proven success leading product launches, developing positioning and messaging, and executing integrated go-to-market plans for consumer products or digital experiences.
3. Cross-Functional Marketing Leadership (5+ years): Experience partnering with product management, analytics, lifecycle marketing, business stakeholders, and growth teams to influence product strategy and execute marketing initiatives.

How you will make an impact:

• Lead marketing strategy for Minecraft's subscription portfolio, including Realms, Realms Plus, Marketplace Pass, and future subscription offerings.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new subscription features, benefits, products, and business initiatives.
• Create positioning, messaging, promotional plans, and marketing campaigns that increase awareness, trial, adoption, and retention.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and business insights to identify opportunities that improve subscriber acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Partner closely with product teams to influence product roadmaps, customer experiences, and future subscription investments.
• Collaborate with analytics, lifecycle marketing, affiliate marketing, paid media, and growth teams to optimize marketing performance.
• Serve as the subscriptions subject matter expert across Minecraft marketing initiatives, ensuring subscription offerings are integrated into major game updates, seasonal campaigns, creator initiatives, and franchise activations.
• Measure campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies that improve business results.
• Manage multiple strategic initiatives while collaborating across cross-functional stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment.

The expertise you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, subscription marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for consumer products, digital services, subscription businesses, or recurring revenue offerings.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects involving product, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Experience marketing subscription products, membership programs, digital commerce offerings, or recurring revenue businesses preferred.
• Experience working with affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing channels preferred.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, creator platforms, digital marketplaces, or consumer technology is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Minecraft and a passion for gaming, online communities, and player engagement is a plus.
• Ability to identify business opportunities proactively and recommend strategic solutions with minimal direction.
• Must be available to work Pacific Time business hours.
