Work Environment This position is designed to be remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. You will engage with clients primarily through teletherapy, as well as in our outpatient office setting as needed. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear therapeutic goals tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive, multidisciplinary care. Engage actively with a treatment team to create and execute client-centered approaches that prioritize client welfare. Carry out crisis interventions and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring clients feel safe and supported. Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using our digital record-keeping systems. Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance the therapeutic experience for our clients. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at The Outlet, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health issues. Your clientele may include those experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will be pivotal in helping these individuals navigate their emotional landscapes, facilitating personal growth and resilience. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program. Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and treatment approaches relevant to family and relationship counseling. Preferred Experience At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient treatment environment is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in conducting assessments and implementing individualized treatment plans. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that foster trust and collaboration with clients. Compensation and Benefits Our compensation package ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, supplemented with performance-based bonuses.
