Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Accounts Receivable CoordinatorColumbus, OH (Onsite)We are partnering with a well-established organization in the west side of Columbus, OH to identify an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional seeking long-term stability within a structured environment, with the opportunity for steady growth based on performance and evolving business needs.This role offers a fast-paced, high-volume setting and is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in an open office environment.ResponsibilitiesProcess and reconcile daily sales transactions, including both automated and manual invoicing activitiesManage cash application functions and ensure accurate and timely posting of customer paymentsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies, including deductions, short payments, and account variancesReconcile accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger and support month-end close processesMonitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances to assist with collections effortsPrepare and distribute customer statements while maintaining strong customer relationshipsMaintain accurate account documentation and support internal and external audit requestsProvide cross-functional backup support to Accounts Payable as neededQualificationsAssociate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field requiredAt least 3 years of accounts receivable experienceAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulasPrior experience in a manufacturing or high-volume environment preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and organizational skillsValid driver's license requiredPay Details: $58,000.00 to $62,000.00 per yearSearch managed by: Jessica Robbins Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to applyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for EmployersSan Francisco Fair Chance OrdinanceMassachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
