We are looking for a CNC Machinist to join our team. This position follows a 3‑12 schedule. Work 36 hours, get paid 40! Schedule: Friday – Sunday from 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM. Overall Objectives of this Position Set‑up, adjust, and operate all machining equipment to produce parts required to specified tolerances at an acceptable cost. Accurately fabricate parts to specification on CNC machines. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines. Observe machine operation to detect any other malfunctions or out‑of‑tolerance conditions and adjust machine controls or control media as required. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Education Trade School, High School Diploma or GED required. Specific Job Skills Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and determine dimensions and tolerances. Must communicate clearly when non‑conformance is identified and corrective and preventive actions are needed. Strong math skills. Prior Work Experience 1–5 years’ experience as a machinist. Experience with Mazak, Makino, and CNC controls. Programming experience is a plus. Other Special Training and Abilities Analytical ability, interpersonal skills, dexterity, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
