This role provides an opportunity to advise on a wide range of employment law and HR matters in a complex, highly regulated environment. Responsibilities Advise on employment law issues including workplace investigations, terminations, discrimination, harassment, accommodations, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and immigration. Develop and maintain employment agreements, templates, and policy playbooks. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design compliant, scalable employment practices. Oversee outside counsel in managing disputes and litigation. Track regulatory changes and implement proactive compliance strategies. Support organizational initiatives such as restructurings, compensation programs, and cross‑functional investigations. Qualifications J.D. and active bar membership (New York preferred). Minimum 10 years of employment law experience, with a mix of law firm and in‑house roles. Proven ability to deliver practical, business‑focused advice in complex environments. Strong communication skills and sound judgment. Experience managing outside counsel and leading cross‑functional projects.
