Field Service Technician- Dallas, TX

Benedettini Cabinetry - Rosenberg, TX 77471 Overview Salary Range Description Field Service Technicians perform quality inspections, installation of cabinetry and associated parts, and punch out and completion of cabinetry orders. The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary. Install parts to correct issues found after installation inspection. Touch up finish where defects and or damage occurred during installation. Adjust all doors and drawers in the house to be level/flush to open and close properly. Responsible to ensure our cabinets are 100% acceptable to our customers prior to closing. Installation of cabinetry to complete existing orders. Provide customer and warranty services in occupied homes. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience, Education, Certification: Required: Valid Class C Drivers License. Must be able to pass company Drug Screen and background screen. Must meet Benedettini Cabinetry's Driver MVR Qualification Standards. Knowledge of carpentry, stain and paint. At least 5 years of cabinetry service and or installation. Must own all appropriate tools for cabinet installation and punch out.(Chop saw, Table saw, Hand tools etc.) Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: The following key competencies represent qualities, traits and behaviors that a successful employee will exhibit. This list is not exhaustive, as other qualities, traits and behaviors are also desired. Strong knowledge of basic tools. Clear written and verbal communication. Preferred English speaking or strong bilingual. Excellent attention to detail. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50Ibs. Must be able to safely climb ladders and work at heights. Must be able to bend, stoop, and work at floor level for extended periods. Customer Service- Acts in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner toward customers and coworkers. Dependability – Follows through and does what he/she says he/she will do. Show up for work on time and adheres to the established work schedule.
