Maintenance Lead

SkillSetGroup is seeking a Maintenance Lead to work in the Riverside, CA area. This position will supervisor daily maintenance duties in a plastic manufacturing environment. The chosen candidate must have experience leading a team of maintenance techs, being a hands‑on lead. Knowledge of extrusion or injection mold maintenance is a must. Bilingual Spanish/English is a big plus. This will be a 1st shift position and a DIRECT HIRE opportunity. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Additional Schedule Requirements: May occasionally be asked to cover another shift for vacation coverage Details Prior manufacturing maintenance experience required. Plastics manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Previous leadership experience with direct reports required, even if supervising a small team. Strong preventative maintenance and facility maintenance background. Intermediate electrical troubleshooting skills and basic knowledge of the NEC. Basic plumbing skills. Basic carpentry and drywall repair skills. Experience with compressors, chillers, cooling/water towers, air dryers, and HVAC equipment. Experience with computerized preventative maintenance/work order systems. Ability to coordinate contractors and outside vendors. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required. Ability to use stairs and ladders and lift up to 50 lbs. Must provide own hand tools. Education High School Diploma or equivalent required. Formal technical education and/or maintenance certifications are a plus. Prior manufacturing maintenance leadership experience required. Experience supervising PM Technicians, Maintenance Mechanics, or similar direct reports preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
