Texas Health Resources, Inc. invites new graduate RNs to join the Graduate Nurse Residency Program, beginning February 2027. The 15-month employment commitment includes guided clinical experiences, instructor-led curriculum, mentoring, and 360-degree evaluations. Residents rotate through home units and other departments to gain comprehensive nursing experience in a fast-paced Surgical environment. Located at Texas Health Plano, the program offers weekend/holiday coverage, full-time schedules, #J-18808-Ljbffr Texas Health Resources, Inc.
