Maintenance & Reliability Lead — Drive Asset Uptime

Your role: As Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you will lead the maintenance and reliability team to enable the plant's successful delivery of products. You will make recommendations to simplify and streamline day to day work processes. You will also solve complex problems and approach them with a new perspective. You will inspire people to achieve things they never thought possible.To succeed, youmustbe able to: Deliver results in first-time situations by inspiring others and working to earn trust every day Serve others with understanding, respect, and care Operate with simplicity, clarity and transparency Deal with and drive change Organize, prioritize and own multiple tasks while meeting or exceeding deadlines Learn and apply newtechnologyandshareyourknowledge with others Your responsibilities: Managesupervisor ofmaintenance team,setting vision, strategy, and goals forteam Manage contractors and other technical service technicians Manage repairs,maintain, andinstallmachines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations Eliminate all causes of failure and ensure full useful life of equipment Develop and manage the maintenance budget and long-term capital projects and corresponding budgets Manage inspection of operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards Review production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities Manage accuracy and maintenance of MRO inventory Maintain and prioritize planned maintenance schedule in conjunction with other departments Establish criteria for assessing the quality and safety of work performed by team members and contractors Manage the completion of work through review of reliability reports, site inspections and conferences with operations and vendors Investigate the condition of buildings, equipment and grounds, and recommend improvements to ensure that needs are met Evaluate maintenance department personnel skills to help develop training programs Manage work order backlog Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality specifications, safety standards, and sanitation practices Essential Skills and Experience: Bachelors degreewith 5-8yearsor High School diploma/GED with 9-12years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years of supervisory experience Subject matter expert inmaintenance process,activities, and maintenance management systems Demonstrated experience in managing capital projects Demonstrated experience in developing and executing budgets Demonstrated experience of applicablePredictive and Preventative Maintenancetechnologies Understanding of operating context of site assets / process systems Demonstrated experience of maintenance safety practices Demonstrated experience of Programmable Logic Controllers Demonstrated experience with electrical troubleshooting Demonstrated experience of and experience with Computer Maintenance Management System Experience with capital expenditures and projects Good to Have: Knowledge of food safety requirements and HACCP Physical Requirements and Working Conditions (With or without reasonable accommodation): Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as is required by the operating areas (i.e. safety glasses, protective footwear, hearing protection and, at times, a respirator) Ability to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays Ability to work a machine paced continuous process that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with conditions which include: Heat/cold temperatures (inclement weather) Indoor/outdoor environment Dusty environment Noisy environment Frequent moving/vibration/ or other motion of equipment/processes Elevated places, to include stairs/ladders Ability to perform work at a computer and other administrative/managerial tasks Other Considerations: Ability to travel up to 5% Willing to work weekends, holidays, 7-day weeks, and opposing shifts, when needed Except where prohibited by law, all offers of employment are conditioned upon successfully passing a pre-employment background check and/or drug test Must be authorized to work in the Unites states without sponsorship now and in the future Team members must be clean shaven in order to perform tasks where respiratory protection is required and the use of a respirator (including N-95 dust mask) requires a proper seal for adequate protection. Competitive Compensation: We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidates unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - OIP, 10% Annual.
