Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Production Supervisor Location: 897 Lancaster Pike, Quarryville, PA 17566 Work Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday Competitive Compensation Cast your career with Buck Company! Buck Company LLC is currently looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our team in Quarryville, PA! As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of production employees to ensure efficient operations, high-quality output, and a safe work environment. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting and is passionate about developing people and processes. What You'll Do: Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily output, quality, and safety goals Promote a safety‑first culture by ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to hourly team members Assign and prioritize work based on production schedules and operational needs Monitor machines and equipment; identify issues and coordinate repairs as needed Ensure team members are properly trained in job functions, safety practices, and equipment use Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees Continuously look for opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and team performance What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Knowledge of foundry operations and equipment is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, work instructions, and technical documents Experience using basic shop equipment and power tools What We Offer: Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family Training opportunities Paid vacation, PTO, and holidays Gym reimbursements, and more!
