It invests on behalf of institutions and individuals around the world across infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity, real estate, and credit.For additional information, please visit Oaktree’s website at ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager in Pricing and Valuation primary responsibilities will be to work as part of Oaktree’s pricing team in determining the values used for public securities and over-the-counter derivatives across Oaktree’s portfolios.Monitor, review and validate valuations to ensure they are done accurately and in timely manner. Assist in responding to inquiries from fund administrators striking a daily net asset valuation (NAV)Assist in the creation of controls and processes that will help identify and resolve issues as well as increase efficiencyWork with others to help ensure that pricing levels meet legal and regulatory requirementsAssist in generating regular reports that are used in the monitoring of the pricing processQualificationsA minimum of 5+ years of pricing experience with an investment manager or another financial advisory firmA strong ability to efficiently handle multiple demands and priorities under tight deadlinesExperience with the demands of daily NAV strikes for 40 Act and UCITS funds as well as Board reportingExperience in using vendors (i.e., Bloomberg and S&P Global) to perform modeling of derivative products (i.e., IRS and CDS)Proven Excel skillsKnowledge of programming languages (i.e., SQL) a plusPersonal AttributesThe successful candidate must have great organizational skills and be able to handle complicated work efficiently and effectivelyThe candidate must take the initiative to ask questions and detect problemsHe/ She must be a team player and demonstrate a strong work ethicThe successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skillsEducationBachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics or CFABase Salary$120,000 - $145,000Equal Opportunity Employment PolicyOaktree is committed to diversity and to equal opportunity employment.
