Channel Sales Specialist (Digital Marketing)

Role Summary AdCellerant is looking for a dynamic, growth‑minded Channel Sales Specialist to join our fast‑paced digital agency. In this role, you won’t just be making calls—you’ll be the face of AdCellerant across a key, preferred partner channel, turning warm leads into thriving partnerships. From small, multi‑location brands to massive international retailers, you’ll drive strategic outreach, showcase our value, and expand our book of business. Responsibilities Collaborate with internal and external resources to manage outreach to a defined cohort list in order to maximize meetings set. Conduct meetings with cohort account leadership, including marketing managers, operations personnel, and C‑suite members. Monitor account statuses from outreach to meetings set to accounts in negotiation to close, while implementing refinements to each stage. Coordinate effectively with colleagues and leadership to identify upsell opportunities. Maximize outreach‑to‑meeting rates and log progress in HubSpot CRM. Surface client feedback, objections, and competitive insights to help refine go‑to‑market strategy. Consistently follow established outreach cadences while testing new messaging to improve conversion rates. Maintain a healthy pipeline of meetings by proactively reengaging dormant opportunities and following up on open conversations. Requirements 1-3 years of sales experience, demonstrating a track record of success. Proven experience in marketing and advertising, preferably with a focus on SEO. Knowledge of the Yext platform is highly desirable. Embodies an ownership mindset to navigate challenges with professionalism. Exceptional ability to develop, consistently execute, and optimize repeatable processes. Eagerness to learn and refine professional skillsets. Adaptable and collaborative, comfortable working with diverse teams. Experienced in delivering compelling presentations to senior executives. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office is mandatory. Strong attention to detail. Other Requirements Currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Location This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office with hybrid work-from-home flexibility. Team members must live and work in the United States (territories excluded) and have access to reliable, high‑speed internet. Compensation Compensation for this role combines a base salary of $60,000‑$70,000 annually with bonuses targeting a total annual range of $75,000‑$85,000. Bonus structure will be tied to revenue and retention targets for selected partners and advertisers.
