We are ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies.We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-reliant Executive Assistant to join our team in Austin. At ARCO, you'll have the opportunity to improve project performance and drive your own success, from day one!A Day in the Life:Calendar and meeting management; including scheduling and travel coordination.Conducting research and creating PowerPoint presentations on an as needed basisManage communication and act as liaison between internal departments, Principals, and other executivesAssist with internal business planning and assembly of departmental business plansGeneral records management and document controlEvent registration and planningClient relations (purchasing gifts, scheduling/planning off-site events, etc.)Salesforce data entry, report building, and system managementExpense reportingManage relationships with the property manager to address any building announcements and/or address any office maintenance issuesDevelop office budget and manage vendor relationships and negotiations in order to stay within the budgetEnsure proper stock of all office supplies and equipmentEnsure office common spaces are always presentable, with a focus on client-facing spacesNecessary Qualifications:2+ years of related experienceBachelor's Degree requiredExcellent computer skills.
