As a Security Officer Full Time Security Operations in Minooka, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor, vendor, and delivery personnel activity in accordance with site-specific procedures. Document incidents, observations, and shift activity through accurate reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
