Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Incident Response in Minooka, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will communicate professionally, respond to incidents, and provide customer service while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution facility, loading areas, employee entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site procedures. Observe receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations for security-related concerns and report potential policy violations, hazards, or suspicious activity to site leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
