The Vehicle Detailer plays a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction. This individual contributor position involves daily specialty cleaning tasks, working collaboratively with other departments, and adhering to safety standards. The role primarily operates during standard weekday hours, focusing on delivering high-quality vehicle detailing services.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior cleaning, including washing and waxing vehicles
- Vacuum interiors and clean windows thoroughly
- Apply polishing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow safety compliance protocols diligently
- Interact professionally with customers to address their needs
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure detailing standards
- Remove trash and maintain a clean work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in vehicle detailing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Skilled in car washing, interior cleaning, waxing, and polishing
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
- Customer service aptitude with physical stamina
- Proficient in use of cleaning equipment
