Overview Retail Sales Associate – The Hermitage Hotel’s Rose Boutique, Nashville, TN. You will deliver a world-class, highly personalized shopping experience within a landmark luxury environment. You are a brand ambassador, cultural storyteller, and expert in high-touch service who ensures each guest interaction reflects the elevated standards of our historic luxury property. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Greet guests with poised professionalism and tailored warmth, provide personalized styling recommendations and product guidance; anticipate and fulfill guest needs with refined discretion; offer curated suggestions and storytelling to elevate product value; close engagements with gratitude, personalization, and follow-through. Sales, Clienteling & CRM: Meet or exceed sales goals; maintain and utilize client profiles to track preferences and follow up; schedule client appointments, product restocks, and boutique event invitations; drive return visits through personalized service and consistent follow-up. Omnichannel Operations & Order Fulfillment: Process in-person, phone, and online transactions; coordinate with hotel teams for guest deliveries; prepare orders with luxury presentation including gift wrapping and notes. Visual Merchandising & Inventory Management: Execute opening/closing procedures, maintain luxury visual standards, conduct inventory counts, flag restock needs, and reset boutique during high-traffic periods or events. Collaboration & Brand Stewardship: Partner with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest journeys; attend trainings; embody the hotel and Rose Boutique brand; contribute to strategic projects with discretion and adaptability; act as a cultural ambassador and uphold brand voice and storytelling. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail or hospitality, preferably within boutique hotel or designer brand environments. Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM/clienteling platforms. Fluent in English (verbal and written); multilingual skills valued (Spanish, French, Arabic, Mandarin, etc.). Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak hotel periods. Must be 18 years of age or older.
