We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support major operating room procedures within the Labor and Delivery department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a sterile surgical environment, assisting surgeons during procedures, and ensuring high-quality patient care throughout the surgical process.

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support major operating room procedures within the Labor and Delivery department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a sterile surgical environment, assisting surgeons during procedures, and ensuring high-quality patient care throughout the surgical process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for procedures.
- Assist surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures.
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with infection control standards.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures.
- Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment appropriately.
- Support Labor and Delivery surgical cases in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of scrub experience in major OR procedures required.
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program, including Military Training if applicable.
- Active NBSTSA CST Certification required (no other certifications accepted).
- Primary Source Verification required.
- Current AHA BLS certification required.
- Previous Labor and Delivery experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure surgical environments.
- English proficiency required (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
