The manager will focus on accelerating customer use case onboarding and ensuring successful production workloads on the Databricks Platform. The position requires establishing operational mechanisms for tracking progress, forecasting usage, and maintaining customer health. Additionally, the manager will serve as a technical sponsor for key accounts to shape success strategies at scale.## Required Qualifications and SkillsCandidates must possess at least 7 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including 3 years in a leadership capacity. Required technical expertise includes cloud-based Lakehouse architectures, distributed data systems, and proficiency in SQL and an object-oriented programming language such as Python or Scala. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, though equivalent experience is accepted. The role also demands strong executive presence and the ability to manage complex architectural discussions and operational success programs.
