Job Overview A law firm seeks a 3rd to 5th year Associate for its Corporate Advisory (Corporate Finance) Practice Area in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in the finance and banking sector. Duties Assist in corporate and transactional matters within the finance and banking sector. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents with precision. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies. Participate in client meetings and negotiations. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, focusing on finance and banking. Strong writing and analytical skills. Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of Los Angeles. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
