Supervisor Clinic Operations - Primary Care

Schedule: Monday to Friday Day shift Responsible for the coordination, employee management, and quality management of all front office functions. Under general supervision of the clinic manager, this position works to ensure proper compliance with clinic billing, documentation, patient scheduling and registration and provides oversight for all business processes for ongoing financial success and improvement of the clinic. Experience successfully managing insurance eligibility verification and patient co-payment processes. Preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Experience in an outpatient healthcare clinic. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
