Data Analyst

Pay Range: $40 - $47/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Approximately 60-70% data analysis/reporting.
• Work with large datasets and identify trends.
• Prepare and distribute reports to appropriate stakeholders.
• Reports may be shared with:
• Internal teams
• Leadership/executives
• External stakeholders
• Service vendors
• Outsourcing vendors
• Approximately 20% project management/action items, including:
• Following up on data findings
• Implementing recommendations
• Tracking and completing action items
• Approximately 10% PowerPoint/report preparation:
• Convert data and findings into presentations.
• Present/report findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Primarily a data analysis and reporting role.
• Candidate will not work directly with executives, but will prepare reports for leadership and executives as needed.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities are important.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Requirement - Excel
• Advanced Excel is the #1 priority/must-have.
• Role is very heavily focused on Excel and data analysis.
• VLOOKUP
• XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• Charts
• Visuals
• Working with large/heavy datasets
• Data analysis and reporting
