Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid and current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in a K-12 school environment preferred
• Strong assessment, case management, and counseling skills
• Proficiency in administering standardized testing, interpreting results, and developing recommendations
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
• Comfort providing direct and consultative psychological services onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective educational plans
• Deliver direct counseling and intervention services to students in need
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, sharing insights and progress updates
• Provide crisis intervention and behavior management support as needed
• Maintain accurate, confidential records according to all regulatory requirements
• Serve as a resource to staff and families on mental health and wellness topics
• Foster a positive learning environment through proactivity and compassion
