You Have: 3+ years of experience in Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) 2+ years of experience with development, testing, management, operations, or training of networked hardware and software systems Experience creating and configuring virtual hosts and networks using VMware in support of training content development or instructional scenarios Experience with the development, deployment, operations, maintenance, training, or administration of Windows or Unix-based operating systems Experience with assessing student understanding, skills, and abilities to gauge proficiency in the subject Ability to translate complex concepts or data into graphically appealing and easy-to-understand presentations for a broad range of audiences Ability to navigate in an ambiguous, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Nice If You Have: 2+ years of experience with teaching cyberspace operations in a formal classroom setting Experience developing training evaluation metrics Knowledge of commonly used software-programming languages such as, Python, PERL, shell scripting, or others Ability to build consensus and effective cross-functional relationships Ability to adapt content development and delivery to a variety of audiences Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Possession of excellent organizational, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and client-management skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
