Mid-Level Marketing Manager

As a Mid-Level Marketing Manager with experience in startups, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns, ensuring that our brand message resonates with our target audience across various channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our public relations efforts to build a strong and positive image of our company in the industry and media.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve company objectives, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and other stakeholders to create a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with overall business goals, taking into account the unique challenges and opportunities faced by a startup.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising, to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines, while reflecting the innovative spirit of our startup.
• Coordinate and implement public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and thought leadership opportunities, to establish and maintain a positive brand image in the industry and media.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead in the dynamic startup landscape.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide them with the necessary tools and materials to support lead conversion.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing collateral, PR services, and other support within budget and on time.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in marketing and public relations, and regularly share knowledge and insights with the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM softwares like HubSpot, Zoho marketing suite, Freshwork CRM etc.
• 4-6 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role, ideally in for a Tech Company in Growth and Startup stage.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and web analytics tools.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results, particularly in the context of startup growth.
• Experience in managing public relations activities, including media outreach and press releases, to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions in the fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a startup setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table, essential for a startup's success.
• Experience with Public Relations, media publications is a plus
