The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality clinical care and acts as a Team Leader for the patient care staff.

• Guide a team of direct care providers to ensure the proper administration of medications and treatments, thorough documentation, family education, care planning, and patient care meetings, all in accordance with Health Campus Policies and Procedures.
• Apply the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring seamless continuity from admission to discharge and reintegration into family and community.
• Conduct daily visits to residents in the assigned unit to assess their physical and emotional well-being, promptly informing the charge nurse, physician, and/or Director of Nursing of any changes in a resident's condition.
• Recognize resident issues and emergency situations, initiating immediate lifesaving actions when a physician is unavailable.
• Handle administrative tasks such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as required.

• Must possess and maintain a valid RN license in the state.
• Current CPR certification is required.
