Long Term Care RN/LPN

Bay Bluffs- Emmet County Medical Care Facility is currently seeking nurses with geriatric, end of life and/or palliative care experience. Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psycho-social, and environmental needs of residents
