Pre-Litigation AttorneyDirect Counsel represents a rapidly growing Plaintiff's Personal Injury firm based in Century City, CA, in its search for a talented and experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney.Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated attorney with a strong background in personal injury law to handle a high-volume pre-litigation caseload. The ideal candidate is passionate about advocating for injured clients and has a proven ability to efficiently move cases toward favorable resolution.Key Responsibilities:Manage a full pre-litigation caseload from intake through resolution, including property damage, records, demands, negotiations, and liensAnalyze case facts and develop strategies to maximize case value and drive efficient resolutionsOversee all stages of pre-litigation, ensuring thorough case development and proactive file managementEvaluate and enhance case value through medical and legal strategyMaintain consistent client communication to ensure satisfaction and engagementCollaborate with case managers, support staff, and attorneys to ensure smooth case progressionParticipate in case reviews and contribute to process improvements and case strategy discussionsRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigationStrong understanding of case valuation, negotiation, and settlement strategiesAbility to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesMust be licensed and in good standing with the California State BarCompensation & Benefits:Base salary: $150,000 – $225,000 annually, plus competitive bonus structurePartnership Track OpportunityMedical, dental, and vision insurance (PPO plans)401(k) with employer contributionPaid time off (PTO) and paid holidaysFree parking, weekly catered breakfast and lunch, hybrid work flexibilityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm committed to delivering outstanding results for its clients while offering strong career growth and advancement opportunities.
