Key Responsibilities

• Develop and direct individualized physical therapy treatment plans that align with patient needs and clinical best practices.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functionality, utilizing diagnostic tools and assessments to establish baselines and monitor progress.
• Administer a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the application of physical agents, to enhance patient recovery.
• Oversee the implementation of care plans by physical therapy assistants, ensuring adherence to designated protocols and quality standards.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs, the use of physical therapy devices, and overall wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, including initial evaluations and progress notes.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to contribute to comprehensive care planning and improvement of services.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate evidence-based approaches into your treatment.
• Support the operational goals of our organization by fulfilling other clinical and administrative tasks as assigned.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adult patients recovering from surgical procedures, injury rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. You will cater to a wide range of conditions, helping individuals enhance their physical capabilities and improve their quality of life. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Valid and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in acute care or home healthcare.
• Current CPR certification to ensure safety practices are upheld.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for potential patient home visits.

Compensation and Benefits

Full Motion Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
