We are seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to provide leadership and hands-on nursing care while overseeing licensed and support nursing staff on weekends. This role ensures resident care meets the highest standards in a skilled nursing environment in Walpole, MA.Responsibilities:12 H ShiftsSupervise LPNs, CNAs, Medication Technicians, and Restorative Aides on assigned unitsProvide direct nursing care, including wound care, IV administration, colostomy care, tube feedings, and suctioningTranscribe and carry out physician orders, administer medications, and monitor residents for changes or adverse reactionsParticipate in admissions, discharges, and transfersConduct rounds to ensure resident needs are met, and staff follow policiesCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic resident careParticipate in QAPI activities, surveys, and end-of-life care as neededEnsure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and infection control standardsQualifications:Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN licenseNursing degree from an accredited college or universityCurrent CPR certificationPrior long-term care experience preferred but not requiredStrong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skillsAbility to supervise staff with tact and professionalismBenefits:Competitive wagesGenerous shift differential for weekends6 paid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLong- & short-term disability insuranceAccrued paid time off (Full-Time employees)401(k)Apply today to lead a skilled nursing team committed to quality care and compassionate service!
