General Job Duties for All Store Team Members: Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Training, orientation and training provided on the job. Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Perform accurate math and make correct monetary change. Use keyboard or touch screen to enter orders. Work Conditions Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas. Exposure to cornmeal dust, fumes from food odor, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
