One of our manufacturing clientsis looking for an experienced Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations in Brigham City, UT.
**Pay Rate: **$135k-$145k
**Shift: **Days
Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, downtime, and opportunities for improvement
Lead process improvement projects from concept through implementation
Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and technical specifications
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring process and equipment problems
Monitor process performance using production data, KPIs, and statistical analysis
Support the introduction of new products, processes, equipment, and manufacturing technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
5+ years of process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and continuous improvement
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing data analysis
Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, control plans, and process capability studies
