Collateral Control Specialist - Mortgage
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage loan review
- Ability to review mortgage loan and collateral
- Strong computer and outlook skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Responsibilities:
- Review mortgage loan and notes
- Shipping loans
- Responsible for the efficient and accurate loan data entry
- Inventory and filing of loans
